Some people meditate or pray while others may journal or create a vision board. Manifesting requires a focus of what you want, why you want it and some form of asking for it. But you also must have intentional action or it's just a dream..a wish.
One of my favorite quotes is by Eleanor Roosevelt and says it takes as much energy to wish as it does to plan. Align yourself with what you want, work through the obstacles & make your dreams a reality

Some of my clients have asked about magnesium oil, so I thought I'd share the kind I use in my personal care. Magnesium is absorbed well topically and can help muscles feel relief from tension, fatigue, soreness, and cramping. I've found it to even be helpful with some headaches (especially when they correlate with tension) and light feelings of irritability.

If your body isn't used to magnesium oil it can sting or itch- in which case you can just wash it off and try putting less on the next time (you can try just one pump/squirt at a time).

And of course, with any medical concern, talk with your doctor. These are just some things that I've found helpful in a lot of instances, and maybe you will too!
