Hadn’t done hip hinges in a minute and then did about 5 sets and variations yesterday between writing & teaching beach class 😂 how’s everyone’s hip flexors feeling today? Fine? Just me? 😅 ok….

When: Tomorrow (thurs 7/10) 6:30pm, Pilates on the beach🤩☀️🌊
Where:Meet up at 5th Avenue Beach near concession stands
Deets: Bring your own mat/towel/blanket and hydration
What & Who: Class will be pre-and post- natal friendly so we’ll be focusing on side lying, elbow (or full) plank and seated spinal work 🫶🏽 and of course focusing on precision and control throughout = making it a great exercise for all participants whether expecting 🤰or not!
Class is donation based ($10 suggested) to raise money for Manistee Blessings in a Backpack
