The gym will be closing today at 3pm. We will remain closed for Thanksgiving and reopen Friday at 6am.

Friday we will be having a few specialty classes. $10 without membership, free with membership.

We offer personal training at the gym! If you need help getting started, coming up with a plan, or even somebody to hold you accountable, we are here to help. Morning slots are limited but late morning, afternoon, and evenings are available for training sessions.

P.S. What a great gift! We also offer gift certificates that can be used for varies things at the gym including personal training.
