Recovery and growth are not linear. There will be good days and hard days, steps forward and moments that feel like steps back. What matters most is continuing to show up, learning along the way, and not giving up on yourself.

Progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. Every small step, every new choice, and every effort to keep moving forward is part of the journey. Be patient with yourself, trust the process, and remember: growth is still happening, even when it doesn’t feel like it. 🌱
