This week at YFC, January 19th-24th, 2026. Despite the lack of heat, we are utilizing space heaters to maintain a comfortable temperature in the Yoga and Zumba rooms. We recommend dressing in layers, as you can adjust your attire as the room warms up. Although winter has arrived, we are determined to make the most of it and not let it hinder our progress. On Tuesday evening, Gentle Yoga will commence at 6:45 pm, resulting in slightly later studio hours. We appreciate your understanding as our staff works outside of studio time. Additionally, please note that there will be no Zumba class on Wednesday night; however, Diana will be leading a Vinyasa Yoga class at 6:30 pm. Let's strive to stay active despite the cold temperatures and prioritize safety outside of class. We look forward to seeing you this week.
