š§© Duties Include:
Following a simple daily routine and easy-to-use menu
Light cooking, cleaning, doing dishes, sweeping, mopping, and laundry
Assisting residents with dressing, bathing, changing briefs, and hygiene
Friendly communication with residents, families, and visitors
Answering phones and documenting important information (e.g., appointments, medication reminders)
Reporting changes or concerns promptly to the on-duty supervisor
Must be physically able to bend, lift, push, pull, and assist with transferring residents
š Documentation & Reporting:
Writing and submitting incident reports as needed
Keeping clear, accurate notes for resident care and staff communication
Reporting all updates, changes, and concerns to the supervisor on duty
