💕This project is inspired by the courses and trainings I’ve taken over the past 20 years.

💕I’ve contemplated this course for so long, and now I’m offering it to YOU!

💕Especially now, the world needs more people willing to step into action, build a community, and heal their past so that we can co-create a place for all of us to live in abundance and self-acceptance.

I’m gonna be super honest. When choosing a name for our studio, Yoga Home was not my first choice.

But I can’t help but enjoy how we’ve grown into it! And now it truly does feel like a home for yoga students, and I love it so much now! 😊🙏

✨In yoga, the Guru(teacher) Śiṣya (student) relationship holds the highest value for one walking the path to enlightenment! Not to give away our personal power, but for those who have explored the path before us to enlighten the blind spots for us along the way.

✨I’m forever grateful for my own Guru Hansa-ji, and am honored to share the teachings of her lineage!

Every 4th of July, but especially this one, should have all of us questioning “what is freedom?”.

In yoga and ta**ra, the concept of svātantrya can guide us into a deeper understanding of liberation. Svātantrya is complete self-autonomy arising from wholeness with the very essence that creates, sustains, and ultimately destroys us all.

In building and abiding in our self-autonomy we create space for others to enjoy their autonomy as well without the desire or need to change, or control, or exploit them for our own gain.

Freedom is giving UP power. It’s allowing others to live without our expectations of conformity.

Freedom would never support genocide, it’s not oppression, it would never dehumanize others.

If your “freedom” is asking for those things, my friend…you aren’t free.
