I had the pleasure of working with Tamara McDougall Herl today 🌿✨

Tamara is a nature-connected coach and forest therapy guide, so of course she wanted a look that’s easy, breezy, and in harmony with her natural vibe.

We chose soft, subtle layers to enhance her beautiful natural texture—low effort, high vibe, and perfect for someone who spends her time connecting deeply with the earth.

🚨 Big Hair Change Alert! 🚨
This was a major transformation for my son Liam. He’s had long hair since 7th grade, and today he was ready for something bold, different, and totally him. He wanted a look with some edge—think a little punk rock, a little Tyler Durden—and I think we nailed it.

I’ll admit, I was a little sad to see those long locks go… but seeing him light up with confidence in his new look? That’s everything. So proud of him for expressing himself and owning his style! 💇‍♂️🔥

✨ Today I graduated from my Energy Healing Certification Program! ✨

To honor the journey, each of us created a Crystal Grid/Mandala and shared from the heart. It was powerful. So many emotions came through — pain, struggle, triumph, and joy. What touched me most was the sense of safety and connection in the group. We are all carrying so much, often silently.

My biggest takeaway: Be gentle.
Gentle with yourself.
Gentle with others.

This is the crystal grid I created. Its intention is resilience, focus, healing, and enhanced intuition. 💎🌿
