At Sunwater Spa, our goal is to help return Manitou Springs to its historical foundations of health and wellness, with particular emphasis on the healing mineral waters bubbling from the historic 7 Minute Spring. We offer a wide variety of wellness treatments and services. Take some time to soak in our cedar tubs, fed by the natural mineral water, while you await your next spa service or skincare

treatment. We feel it is important to care for yourself in your entirety - from your mind, to your soul, to your body. We are here to support you via holistic health practices. We offer massage, waxing, spa services, and a variety of yoga, movement classes, and events. We invite you to experience the healing waters that make our location so unique; the life-giving Sun, the Earth, our native healing plants, and the practices of the indigenous cultures that have thrived on this land.

13 years ago, today, Ute Spiritual Interpreter Loya Arrum Colorow Cesspooch blessed 7 Minute Spring and SunWater Spa.

We were honored to host her son and daughter, Kerry and Daniel Cesspooch for the unveiling of Loya's portrait, as well as our newest mineral-water soaking tub, named in her honor.
