Red Mountain tub is a guest favorite on our third level. It's perched right on the corner of the upper deck, and offers sweeping views of the landscape that has drawn visitors to the region for centuries 🙌

Our newest tub is also our coziest! Mount Rosa is a personal cedar tub for two on our third level. And the views are pretty spectacular ✌️👀

We are closely monitoring the ongoing water emergency in Manitou Springs, which is currently affecting the municipal water supply. In response, we are using only the mineral water from 7 Minute Spring to top off our soaking tubs.

To support water conservation further, we kindly ask guests to limit showers to a quick rinse before soaking. Additionally, certain spa services that rely heavily on municipal water—including our hydrotherapy treatments—are unavailable for the time being.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize the health of our community and natural resources.

At Sunwater Spa, our goal is to help return Manitou Springs to its historical foundations of health and wellness, with particular emphasis on the healing mineral waters bubbling from the historic seven minute spring. We offer a wide variety of wellness treatments, services, and soaking packages. Take some time to soak in our cedar tubs, fed by the Seven Minute Spring while you await your next wellness or beauty treatment. We feel it is important to care for yourself in your entirety, from you mind to your soul to your body, we are here to support you via holistic health practices. We offer: massage, facials, water therapy, Thai Yoga Therapy, waxing, and a variety of yoga, movement, and meditation classes. As a wellness center, we are open to hosting events and workshops as well.
