HFM Wellness Center The HFM Wellness Center is a medical-based wellness facility that has everything you need to nourish your mind, body and spirit. Open until 12 p.m.

Whether you’re a fitness buff or a true first-timer, our classes give you the choice and flexibility to try out new things and find the kind of routine that works for you. Membership includes access to circuit strength and cardio equipment, free weights, lap pool, dry sauna, walking/running track, and a variety of group exercise classes such as cycling, BodyPump, TRX, Zumba and much more. Break a sweat to any workout and reach your health and fitness goals sooner at HFM Wellness Center. To schedule a tour or for more information about membership, stop in and see us or call (920) 320-4600. HOLIDAY HOURS:
Closed Easter Sunday and Christmas Day. New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve.
