Whether you’re a fitness buff or a true first-timer, our classes give you the choice and flexibility to try out new things and find the kind of routine that works for you. Membership includes access to circuit strength and cardio equipment, free weights, lap pool, dry sauna, walking/running track, and a variety of group exercise classes such as cycling, BodyPump, TRX, Zumba and much more. Break a sweat to any workout and reach your health and fitness goals sooner at HFM Wellness Center. Closed Easter Sunday and Christmas Day. New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve.

"We grew up dancing together and were missing the fun of taking class with each other, so we were excited to both join the Wellness Center and try out the group classes. We really enjoy having the structure and guidance as we’re still learning our way around the gym!
The Wellness Center quickly became one of our favorite places to be. We go as a “package deal” and really are each other’s biggest supporters, which keeps us motivated and excited. We get to hear how and why so many started their gym journey, and we are constantly inspired and encouraged to keep at it. With the amazing trainers, who are quick to ease nerves when trying something new and are the most patient people in the world, and everyone being so inviting, it is the best place to walk into."
