Whether you’re a fitness buff or a true first-timer, our classes give you the choice and flexibility to try out new things and find the kind of routine that works for you. Membership includes access to circuit strength and cardio equipment, free weights, lap pool, dry sauna, walking/running track, and a variety of group exercise classes such as cycling, BodyPump, TRX, Zumba and much more. Break a sweat to any workout and reach your health and fitness goals sooner at HFM Wellness Center. Closed Easter Sunday and Christmas Day. New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve.

Don't wait until January, join the Wellness Center between Sunday, November 23rd and Saturday, November 29th, and you will receive a $25 gift certificate to be used towards a Wellness Center Service* (massage, personal training) or gift it to a friend!
