An energy enthusiast, Author, Certified Reiki Master Teacher with both hospital and spiritual experience, a Practitioner of Access Consciousness, and a Certified Master Aromatherapist who specializes in the Traditional Hindu Chakra System. I am wholeheartedly dedicated to research and exploration of chakra health. Just as we know, communication is vital within all existing relationships. Imagine what you can create when your relationship with yourself is in tune with your own vibrancy and needs. For this reason, I created Universal Healings LLC to share the beauty of energy work through Reiki and leading the way with self-discovery to the world. My journey began in 2012 during the passing stages of my dear grandfather, Roman. While family was coming to town gathering for his funeral, I met my Uncle RJ from South Carolina. Sure, I may have met him before in the past, but this time was different and stood out on a deeper level. I still remember the day he gave me my first Labradorite crystal and shared the enchanting gift of Reiki with me. It was these moments that changed my life forever! I have a background in Hospital settings performing Reiki services with copious ailments, physical and mental states of all ages and empower those to integrate holistic health into their every day routines and lifestyle. By learning and exploring the body through the Chakra System, you will be able to achieve success, expansion, and self-empowerment for your future of tomorrow. It can sometimes take days, months, or even years to fully recover from an event, situation, or encounter. Personally, I believe that if you strive to always be a first-rate version of yourself and not a second-rate version of someone else- Your tomorrow will lead you steps closer to that apple pie. The most valuable advice I can share when practicing Reiki.. or really any spiritual practice is this: intention, intention, intention. 💫

Set an intention for your day: how you’d like to feel, what you’d like to release, or even what kind of energy you want to welcome in. Then extend that practice into your space.

Set an intention for your home and the vibrations that live there. Your environment is just as much a part of your energetic field as your body and mind.

One of my favorite little rituals is to light a candle and place my household intentions right beside it, letting the flame act as a beacon for the energy I wish to cultivate. ✨

You can even add crystals, flowers, or a small written note to amplify that focus.

And remember, where your intention goes, your energy flows. What small intentions could you set today that would help you feel more aligned and supported? 💖

To my loved ones, something I've been encountering with clients, friends and my own personal healing is remembering this key detail for success 👇🏼

Where you choose to place your attention shapes the foundation of your future.

The creation process begins by focusing on positive images of the life you want until they become your reality. Like your personal blueprint. When your inner world is aligned, it naturally attracts the people and opportunities that reflect it outwardly.

You can think of it like this: no shop will give you the merchandise before you’ve paid. In the same way, life asks you to “pay” first with your focus, your intentions, and most importantly, your gratitude. Gratitude is the currency of abundance 💖

You might wonder, “Why should I feel grateful now? I’ll be grateful once I am abundant.”

💅🏼 But it doesn’t work that way. To become abundant, you must feel abundant now. Every time you practice gratitude for what you already have, you send the message to your subconscious: I am already abundant. Thank you.

And when you believe that, life responds by bringing you more to be grateful for 🎁

If I could advise one thing it would be this: Make gratitude a daily ritual. Choose a consistent time each day to pause, reflect, and give thanks, and project yourself into the future of what you envision yourself doing.

Remember, what you focus on expands 🌹

If you focus on scarcity, you’ll keep noticing what’s missing. But if you focus on what’s good, what’s working, and what you already have, you open the door for even more abundance to flow into your life.

Gratitude is the key. It transforms your inner reality and builds the future you desire.
