Join Kate Casey, RYT-500 and animal-friendly yoga teacher, at Forward Farm LLC for an evening of relaxing yoga and animal snuggles. Mavis the pug, Lupe the goat, Olive the potbelly pig, and other residents of Forward Farm will join us in the grass for an hour of gentle movement designed to calm the body and mind. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with yourself, nature, and simply relax and have fun!

Please wear clothing that is comfortable and remove all jewelry prior to class including earrings and necklaces. Please bring your own towel or yoga mat. Animal lovers of all abilities and experience levels are welcome to join.

Be sure to plan some extra time after class for a refreshment and a tour of Forward Farm. Ages 16+
