Introducing Ayurveda at The Woodlands Day Spa & Retreat

We are so excited to offer Ayurvedic services and mentoring at the spa!

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a holistic healing system that originated in India over 5,000 years ago, centered on creating balance between the body, mind, and spirit. It teaches that each person has a unique constitution—or dosha—and that true health comes from living in harmony with one’s natural rhythms, environment, and inner wisdom. Rather than focusing on symptoms, Ayurveda emphasizes prevention, daily self-care, and natural therapies like nutrition, herbs, massage, meditation, and lifestyle adjustments to support long-term well-being and vitality.

At The Woodlands Day Spa & Retreat, we believe in returning to nature and honoring the natural rhythms of the earth. Ayurveda aligns beautifully with this philosophy, guiding us to live in harmony with the seasons, our environment, and our own inner wisdom.

We’re also thrilled to welcome a Certified Ayurvedic Health Teacher, who will be offering one-on-one wellness mentoring, supporting you in aligning your daily habits and self-care rituals with your body’s natural needs.

Something beautiful is blooming in Manitowoc, WI…

🌿 I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll soon be coaching out of the brand-new The Woodlands Day Spa & Retreat — a nature-rooted sanctuary for healing, self-discovery, and whole-person wellness.

As an Integrative Health Coach and Certified Ayurvedic Health Teacher, I’ll be offering personalized wellness mentoring in a space intentionally designed for deep rest and revitalization.

From Ayurvedic lifestyle support to stress-reducing rituals and whole-body alignment, my practice will now be surrounded by the lush, healing environment of The Woodlands—complete with saunas, salt therapy, mindfulness spaces, and more.

I’m beyond grateful to share that I will soon be welcoming clients in person — in a beautiful, brick-and-mortar space designed for true healing and growth.

As a Certified Integrative Health Coach and Certified Ayurvedic Teacher, my passion has always centered around healing from within, naturally. True self-care isn’t just about massages and facials (but they are still an important part)— it’s about treating yourself, your mind, and your soul with love, intention, and deep healing.

Ayurvedic medicine, one of the oldest forms of healing, is rooted in the rhythms of nature and teaches us how to create balance and harmony in every part of our being.
