Being surrounded by the people in my life who I love most

YOGA STORY:
My best friend encouraged me to try yoga, and at the time I was hesitant due to struggling with an autoimmune kidney disease and just having no energy/feeling sick constantly. I ended up going with her to a flow class last February and I immediately signed up for a membership that same day because of how amazing I felt after. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt so comfortable and Waves quickly became a safe space for me to forget about work and the stress that comes with chronic illness. Since practicing regularly at Waves, both my mental health and physical body have felt better and stronger than ever before! 🤍

I LOVE WAVES BECAUSE:
Although the location itself is so incredibly beautiful and peaceful, by far my favorite part of Waves is the sense of community. Connecting with others is something that is so important to me, and it comes so effortlessly at waves! Everyone at Waves is so genuine and they radiate nothing but pure goodness! 🌞

FUN FACT:
My amazing husband and I have two bunnies at home who are our whole world! Their names are Pepper and Honey, and we love them so very much! 🍯🐰

Reminder: Yoga for Men is TOMORROW at 10:30 AM! 🤘

This workshop will lay the groundwork for a successful yoga practice: you’ll learn foundational yoga poses, yogic breathing, beginning mindfulness, and a basic understanding of what to expect in classes going forward.

This workshop will also incorporate deeper stretching in the areas of the body that commonly are most tight for men, such as tight shoulders and hips. All the while cultivating a deeper inner awareness.

Yoga for Men is THIS Saturday at 10:30 AM! 🤘

New to yoga? This workshop will lay the groundwork for a successful yoga practice. You’ll learn foundational yoga poses, yogic breathing, beginning mindfulness, and a basic understanding of what to expect in classes going forward.

For the beginner student, this will serve as your introduction to yoga poses and movement; for the seasoned student, this will serve to bring us back to basics—perhaps harnessing a deeper understanding of the poses, alignment, and movement.
