ICE ICE BABY 🥶⛸️

We were all champions on the ice as we worked on our resiliency to keep going after falls, find courage to get (back) on the ice and stamina to keep going!
There were a lot of others on the ice which really pushed us to use our spatial awareness abilities, problem solve and help us build our confidence.

We kicked off our holiday break and spirit week with some holiday games and dress up days. Encouraging the kids to be creative and themselves. Modeling and practicing good sportsmanship, taking turns, advocating for themselves, following prompts, learning new things but most importantly HAVING FUN!

We know how exciting it is for all the kids to explore, dress up, and enjoy seeing others costumes!
For some, regulating at the end of the night can be hard, especially after getting so many instant gratification moments!
Use these tips to help you and your young one before and once they have their loot. Remember to praise the small wins and foreshadow all the safety and boundary rules.

Absolutely fantastic experience had and work completed by our kiddos today!
Thank you Visit Manitowoc for all the fun!
Lots of opportunities to explore sensory processing, and work on our fine motor skills while being creative!
