Meredith, Mental Health Counseling Intern, is a compassionate and thoughtful emerging clinician currently completing her graduate training in mental health counseling. In her role as an intern, Meredith works under the supervision of licensed clinicians while developing her skills in evidence‑based therapeutic approaches. She is especially interested in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Meredith graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
