For you - those who follow along on the work I offer, participate in classes/workshops/classes, and/or work with me 1:1 in herbal consultations.

For nature and the plants - what I do as a practicing herbalist and as a human being revolves around and is intertwined with nature, the seasons, the plants, and all beings that coexist.

For my family, both blood and chosen - the support you offer knowingly or unknowingly is always encouraging.

For the path that has been my life's journey so far - that has brought me to to where I am now having the knowledge, wisdom, experiences, connections / relationships, and all else that has shaped me and continues to shape me.

For each opportunity to share the wisdom and healing the plants, seasons and nature holds.
