This is a place to come home to your inner wisdom. Guided by Ruth Ann, Usui Holy Fire® III Karuna® Reiki Master. A healer is not someone that you go to for healing. A healer is someone that cultivates within you your own ability to heal. Ruth Ann is an Usui/Holy Fire® III Karuna® Reiki Master/Teacher based in Mankato, MN. Reiki is a method to relieve stress and anxiety, assists with pain reduction

and promotes holistic and natural healing to allow one’s body to heal at the physical, mental, spiritual and soul levels. The healing power of Reiki transforms and purifies at all levels. Reiki uses one’s own natural healing ability, or life force energy, to jump start the body to consciously open the doorway of heart-brain harmonization to clarity, healing and to release one's infinite potential. The energy within one’s body ideally flows like the creek on my family farm, with ease and grace. When one’s energy is blocked, stagnant, or low one is more likely to feel stressed or to get sick. When the life force energy is high, we are more healthy and happy. Reiki benefits and improves every aspect of life, and is for all ages. You are a powerful creator! Ruth Ann combines her experience, knowledge and wisdom as an educator during her Reiki sessions and classes with both children and adults. She is an affiliate member with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and teaches her Reiki classes according to ICRT standards and code of ethics. Ruth Ann is truly blessed and honored to empower others in their own personal and transformative journey. She looks forward to meeting you if you feel called to work with her!
