🔸Tell us about your first class at Studio E. How were you feeling before, during and after?
🔹I was a little nervous since I had never been to a workout class before — especially not alone — but I was also really excited to try something new. As a recent grad, I was looking for a new challenge and a way to build healthy habits to focus more on my well-being. I remember the class being challenging, but seeing the other women there really empowered me to keep going and embrace it. After my first class, I was sore for a few days, but I loved it — it’s hard to put into words just how great you feel after a Pilates class. I was hooked!
🔸What is your favorite exercise?
🔹Jumpboard!
🔸How many times do you come to class per week?
🔹I come once a week, and it’s my favorite day of the week — if my schedule allowed, I’d be here every day.
🔸What else do you do to work out and Stay active.
🔹I love going on long walks and attending Health & Social Club workout events.
🔸What is it about Studio E that gets you coming back every week?
🔹Pilates is my form of self-care — it’s also my happy place. The instructors are truly amazing — they take care of the workout, the music, and create such a welcoming space that all you have to do is show up. What makes Studio E so special is that when you look around the room, you see everyone showing up for themselves. It’s our hour to step away from whatever’s going on outside the studio and do something just for us.
🔹I truly look up to the women who come to class — each person brings something unique. They’re incredible individuals who not only commit to themselves but also help build such a strong, supportive community. It’s genuinely inspiring to be surrounded by people who are excited to be part of this space.
