We celebrated these two yesterday! We apprecaite everything they do to keep the facility running smoothly, they work together to make sure the tenants and staff are always taken care of! They are the first person you see when you walk in and the last you see when leave.

Had the opportunity to spend the day at the Capitol alongside Care Providers of Minnesota and fellow Monarch Healthcare Management leaders, advocating for the future of long-term care. We met with legislators to emphasize the importance of protecting funding and preventing harmful budget cuts.

These aren’t just policy decisions—they directly affect our residents, their families, and the dedicated staff who provide care every day. Ensuring adequate funding is essential to maintaining quality, dignity, and access to care for those who rely on us.

Grateful to be part of the conversation and to advocate for long-term care and assisted living.
