Yesterday we said see you later to two of our team members 🧡

Kat, our Social Services Director, as she moves away, and Edwin, our Health Information Assistant, as he follows his passion in nursing school.

Both have brought joy, laughter, and plenty of smiles to the team in their time with us, and will be missed!!! Thank you both for everything you've contributed to help make our facility better!

We have truly amazing Nurses at Hillcrest! We celebrated our receptionists for all of their contributions to our facility. They not only assist people when they come in to the facility or call, but helping the whole team with a little bit of everything. We're very lucky to have them!

🎓 Congratulations to Edwin Abi Santiago and 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗚𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 — two incredible members of our Hillcrest Rehabilitation Center family!

Edwin, our Health Information Assistant, and Nina, one of our dedicated CNAs, are among this quarter's Educational Assistance Program recipients, each receiving tuition reimbursement through Monarch's scholar program.

Their commitment to growing professionally while continuing to serve our residents with heart and dedication is something we are truly proud of. This is what investing in our people looks like. 🧡
