To all my friends and clients that I served for 40 years..here is a new Bartlett family business! What I mean by “We go above and beyond” I travel to Northfield to supply our cooks with the absolute best grass feed and pasture raised organic beef for our “All Star” Burger! Soon we will be offering the best fresh local organic veggies sourced from three organic farmers near Mankato for our huge USDA Organic salad name “Coaches Choice” served in a chilled ceramic fiesta bowl!

New restaurants in the Greater Mankato area are popping up, allowing for economic grwoth and a diversified growing community.

I thought I was prepared for this but my emotions are running deep. Closing a business is like losing a family member to the entrepreneur. Seeing it demolished is a reality. It is the loss of a my dream, my passion, a love for giving, my routine for over ten years, a joy, the end of an amazing and rewarding career, a financial growth and future that allowed me to gift to so many. I miss our INdiGO Organic people! Our family is opening up Maverick’s Sports Grill very soon! It will have three amazing organic options on the menu! A grass feed and humanly raised beef! If it is well supported we will be adding more organic options down the road! Thank you, Shelly Bartlett

As you know the world around us has been forever changing. When an opportunity of a lifetime was presented to me, my vision and intentions that I had over 11 years ago when I opened up INdiGo Organic … recently opened up many new opportunities for me! The energy is still there and my core intentions are still the same!
Create a place where everything we put on or in our body is safe, full of nutrition and of course organic!
I will be creating a new wellness business with an end goal to help others and align with a conscious outcome! People. Planet. Purpose.
I truly love to serve and it is my intention to make an even more positive impact in the world! I believe we all have a purpose and a very special gift that only we can bring to the world! INdiGo Organic fans! Today there is a Silent Auction / Fundraiser that is starting at noon (Mankato Morson Airo) today for Amy Baker who passed away from COVID related heart/ liver transplant surgery. Her precious 8 year old daughter Abby could use our support , prayers, and ❤️. As a Chronic COVID longhauler this hits home for me. I donated some amazing I-N care packages and other packages. Skin care ,Hair care, & The Organic Cafe at Indigo Organic fans please go bid and love this little girl and her family. Jackson UnoDos Bartlett added a $50 Burrito Wings E-Gift card too!
