It's officially CHD Awareness Week! We made the trek up to Minneapolis to get a few photos of the 35W bridge.

It's incredible to see and amazing to know it's all in honor of our heart warriors and angels. Thank you MNDOT!

February 7th the 35 W bridge will be lit up red and blue in honor of our heart warriors and in remembrance of our angels.
