✅ Offer extra help: Mention therapists, school counselors, school social workers, and pediatricians who can offer additional help.

✅ Choose a good time/place to discuss with your child: AVOID distractions like screens

✅ Ask questions: Ask your child frequent questions about their mental health even if they don't show any symptoms.
