Working with an energetic senior who’s been suffering from low back pain and stiffness. Her last chiro told her to do less activity and come back for more treatments 🫣 We basically flipped the script. We came up with an activity plan that was going to “work her out” of this rut. 3 weeks into the plan and she’s strength training 2x/week, doing chair yoga 2x/week, and the other days she’s doing her other activities. The VINE has been a huge resource! Soreness is reduced, stiffness is slowly improving, and activity tolerance is increasing… better communication = better plan = better outcomes!
