A couple of “one-and-done” wins to kick off the year — proof that the right assessment, reassurance, and plan can make a big difference.

👀 Here’s what we’re celebrating this week:

✅ Mid-30s sports coach — came in after a nasty low back flare-up following a routine training session where no trauma was involved. After a thorough assessment, we determined this was low risk for tissue damage and more consistent with pain sensitivity. The plan? Keep things calm, let the body settle, and avoid overdoing it. A follow-up message one week later said it best: “Almost back to normal!” 🙌 Patience for the win.

✅ Busy 50-year-old woman working multiple jobs — low back pain flared after back-to-back demanding shifts. We confirmed there was no major injury and focused care on reducing pain and muscle tightness. One week later, she was back to full-time work and full function. 💪

After a year full of growth, new ventures, and exciting changes, we’re thrilled to announce we’ll be adding a very small new team member to the roster in July 2026, as Dr. Luke and his wife are expecting a baby!

No credentials yet, minimal experience, but already very loved 😉
