There’s so much light in allowing the flow to continue, no matter the direction.
After over using my wrist and overworking my body with massage as well as my spirit to build this beautiful space I was not honoring my body and what it’s saying. My body made it very apparent that I can’t do as much massages I’d like to anymore.
i’m not stopping. I am just turning a corner to a different direction. But yes we are closing seed rising in manlius.
It is in my blood to take care of people, and I will continue to do that, as well as when it feels right, by honoring my body when she tells me to slow down .
These are the things that I share with you on a daily basis, and I hope you continue to practice that intuitive reflection.
For massage, I will be continuing to do so the rest of next week, we are closing after the 16th and I will be taking clients in my home in my massage room with our sauna as well. This will start the 27th.
