Having a mind training or meditative training can change the way you think! It opens the door for more creativity, right timing, better decisions to name a few.

It almost seems like a contraindication, but one of my favorite things about meditating, it creates better productivity because I know what to do next, when to do it, with a focused mind.

It has really helped me grow my business in a more easeful way.

I will be re-opening the doors to my Rising Wellness Collective. With each time I launch the collective, it is a more optimized version from the time before. Each time I gain more clarity on what works and what doesn’t work for those members.

I am thankful for all the members I have and appreciate each one of them. If you would like to learn more about how to be a higher version of yourself, join us in this sacred community of women.

Living with intension is a yogis way. Everything is energy. I hold myself responsible for my thoughts, my feelings, my actions. Don’t get me wrong I have very big dreams and aspirations. The difference from most people is I understand the need for doing it with love and presence. I have cultivated patience. I can do hard things. It’s about the journey not the destination.
