What would you do with all the time you freed up if you trusted your body?

Had a plan last night for dinner:
Salmon w/ lemon, wine, butter sauce
Lemon Parm Orzo
Broccoli

BUT..... no wine or orzo, and had lots of leftover salad
SO..... used what I had since I did not want to change the meal
AND..... came out just fine! Not as amazing with the rice; orzo has a better texture for the dish, but it was still delicious and satisfying.

What do you do when you realize you do not have a specific ingredient for a recipe?

It's official. 🙌 Farmers market season is underway! Lucky for us in Onondaga County, there are 13 farmers markets to choose from (if we missed one, holler at us - we're pretty sure we got them all). There's a market for EVERY day of the week, and in every area throughout CNY. Many markets even accept SNAP/EBT and WIC!
