We had the best visitors today from the ! After looking at the tractors all morning from across the street the FFA members brought them over for us to see up close! Our residents loved talking to the kids and sharing stories about their days on the farm. We can’t thank the students and their advisor enough for making this day so special. Thank you to Manly Police for directing traffic to ensure the students’ safety when crossing the highway. One student said it best, “this is what life is all about!” 💙💛🚜

As we wrap up National Social Work Month, we want to take one more moment to say thank you. 💙

To our Social Services team members: thank you for the comfort you provide, the questions you answer, the guidance you offer, and the advocacy you show every single day.

You help families navigate complex decisions. You support residents during important life transitions. You connect people to the resources they need. And you do it all with compassion and heart.

While March may be coming to an end, the impact of our Social Services team continues all year long.

We are so grateful for everything you do for the residents and families we serve.

Welcome to Manly Specialty Care

Small, hometown, personal care is what you can expect from the dedicated professionals at Manly Specialty Care. Located in the central northern Iowa, Circle Terrace Lodge, an assisted living apartment complex is right next door.

With daily visits from physical, occupational and speech therapists, each of our residents has their own customized care plan to help them regain and maintain strength, flexibility and mobility. Our nursing professionals and staff join the team to help improve outcomes and set additional goals to either return home following hospitalization and recovery, or stay with us as independently as possible. We also are equipped to provide services on an outpatient basis.

A designated wing of our facility is dedicated to memory care residents who suffer from the effects of Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our caregivers are provided additional education on working with these special residents. We provide a secured environment with specialized activities and routines geared to stimulate but not overwhelm.
