We gladly see patients from ages 6 + and accept most major insurances as well as self pay patients. Our Story

Clarendon Health and Wellness Center is a primary care office and wellness center located in the beautiful town of Manning, SC. Dr. Marva D. Williams has been a part of the community for over 17 years and treats all her patients as if they are family. Physician’s Assistant, Todd Culclasure, joined our practice in September 2017 and is accepting new patients as primary care and for our medical weight loss program. We gladly see patients starting at age 7 and up and accept most major insurances as well as self pay patients.

Beginning in May 2018, we will open the Wellness side of our practice. Our services will include Botox, Juvederm, CO2RE Intima (intimate rejuvenation) and more! Keep checking our page for more updates and details.
