CHWC is so excited to welcome Jade Pack, MSN, FNP-C to our office beginning on March 3, 2025.

Jade graduated from Francis Marion University in 2024 with her Masters of Science in Nursing degree.

Jade and her husband enjoy traveling with their favorite destination being Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Jade is eager and honored to serve our community that she has gotten to know and love through her various nursing and educational endeavors.
