Dr. Collin Tam, optometrist has been an Austin resident for 20 years. He has experience working locally with some of the best private practice optometrists in Austin. He is a graduate the University of Houston College of Optometry and his dedication to the profession is apparent with his volunteer work with optometry missions to Central and South America as well as vision screenings for schools in Austin. He is well versed in many new advances in optometry including glaucoma and diabetic management, LASIK surgery and Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT). He provides a genuine service to his patients in a caring and pleasant manner. When not at work, he enjoys the many outdoor activities and events Austin has to offer and spends his downtime as a connoisseur of fine foods here in Austin. If he’s not checking out the latest in sushi you can guarantee he is searching for the perfect taco! Jana Lewis | Spectacle Eye Design’s optical manager is Jana Lewis. Jana has been fitting Austin with quality one of a kind frames and lenses for over two decades. She is certified by the American Board of Opticianry and has spent countless hours and years learning and perfecting her knowledge. Jana can help you with colors, sizing for over all excellent vision and looks. As a native Austinite she is keenly aware of the new styles that’ll have you wondering where she has been all your life? Brooke Elam | Brooke Elam, optician, is originally from Abilene, Texas and also has 20 years experience as an optician. Her experience has taken her to various style-setting environments from Los Angeles, CA to Phoenix, AZ and now Austin, TX. As someone who is a world traveler Brooke has experienced the art of fit and design from her travels abroad. Do not be fooled by her Abilene namesake, her eye for design, fit and vision is unsurpassed.
