As a Mental Health Worker with a degree in psychology + certified in reiki, my holistic approach is to guide your soul back "home” to your core by aligning the mind, body, and soul. On this journey, we will explore and understand your patterns, blocks and triggers. We will work with tools to help build healthy mechanisms and coping skills which help promote self-love and healthy relationships.

Sessions are provided virtually and in person (Long Island) and are offered to adults, teens, young children and families.

Now offering Children’s Goal Coaching. 🌸
As a Mental Health Worker + certified Reiki Practitioner, I work with children/their families by helping them reach various well-being goals. These sessions are kid-friendly which involves learning new tools and approaches to help your child reach a goal, such as managing their mental health symptoms, building social skills, improving communication skills, bettering organization skills, implementing independence goals, and more.

Sessions of coaching may be combined with useful videos, writing, drawing, games, etc. which may include additional educational resources and linkages to help guide your child/family.​

This is a great way to motivate and inspire your child while building confidence, especially during their fast-pace growing years. 🌸

Soul Serenity Healing has been a growing community of healing + connecting, and not only have I decided to focus more on that, but excited to soon share the new addition that will be offered to the community- especially small businesses (which will be announced under this account).
