These are my mini naan pizzas I experimented with and they came out SO good 🍕😊

This is my quickest way to make pizza at home, simple, high protein, and still so delicious 😋

I used ground turkey, spinach, and kept it really easy.

Such a great option when you want something that feels like comfort food but still supports your body ❤️💪

How I made them:
• Mini naan
• Ground turkey
• Spinach
• Garlic
• Sauce
• Mozzarella
• Salt, pepper, oregano

Cook turkey in olive oil, add garlic + spinach until wilted.
Top naan with sauce, turkey mixture, and mozzarella.
Bake at 375° until melted and slightly crispy. 🍕

Save this for a quick meal you’ll actually look forward to 🍕❤️

Today I gave stuffed peppers a twist and they came out SO good 🫑

I love taking something classic putting a twist on it!!😃

I used ground chicken, my own homegrown mushrooms 🍄, white beans, and simple ingredients I always have on hand.

This is such a great high protein, low carb, nourishing meal, especially in midlife when supporting muscle is so important.💪

Recipe:
• Bell peppers (cut 1/4 top off, seeds removed)
• Ground chicken
• Olive oil
• Garlic
• Green onions
• Mushrooms (I used homegrown 🍄)
• 1/2 Diced tomatoes
• White beans (rinsed + drained)
• Mozzarella
• Salt, pepper, oregano, basil

Pre-bake peppers at 375° for 10–15 minutes with tiny bit of olive oil it the middle! It’s softened them.

Cook chicken in olive oil with garlic and green onion. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, white beans, and seasoning.🍄‍🟫

Stuff peppers, top with mozzarella, and bake again for 15–20 minutes until melted and bubbly. Can broil for a few minutes! 😊

Save this for an easy, comforting meal that’s delicious anytime!😘🤗

If you’re craving pizza but still want to feel stay low carb and good after, this is one of my favorite ways to make it!! 😊

These portobello mushroom 🍄‍🟫 pizzas are so simple to make and filling! They’re a great low carb option that still gives you that comfort food feel 🍕

I also love that they’re high in protein, which is so important for supporting muscle, especially in midlife. 💪

Recipe:
• Portobello mushrooms (stems removed)
• Tomato sauce
• Chopped grilled chicken (I used leftovers) or ground turkey
• Shredded mozzarella
• Oregano
• Fresh basil

Bake the mushrooms first to release moisture, then top with sauce, chopped chicken, and cheese. 🧀 🍕

Bake again until the cheese is melted and bubbly, then finish with fresh basil. 🪴

Save this for when you’re craving pizza but want something lighter and delicious 😋❤️

Share with your friends so they can enjoy too 😘

You know, I never used to like the texture of cottage cheese!!

but once I started blending it and making it creamy, well that changed everything lol 😂 I absolutely loved it😋

Now I add a little maple syrup and vanilla and it has become one of my favorite go-to staples, creamy simple, and so delicious. 😊

I also really like to make sure I’m getting enough protein to support my muscles, especially in midlife when we naturally start to lose muscle. 💪

Base recipe:
• 8 oz cottage cheese
• 1/8 cup maple syrup
• 2 tsp vanilla

Blend until creamy and store, it lasts a few days and makes the perfect base.

Top with:
• strawberries + banana 🍓🍌
• ground flax
• or granola / any nuts & seeds you like

Save this for when you want something quick, creamy, and actually filling💗 Enjoy

Health isn’t just what you eat… it’s how you live.😊

I used to think I needed intense workouts to feel good in my body💪

Now I know…

Sometimes it’s just this

Fresh air
Movement
Being present
Connection

This is health too 💗

And these girls… both rescues, both still so energetic and full of life!! 🐕 Bindi our dog and Sophie🐴 is turning 31 this year!

There’s something really special about simple, consistent care and love… for all of us 💗

If you’re craving comfort food in midlife… it’s NOT about willpower!💪

Your body is changing.
Your metabolism is shifting!
What used to work for you doesn’t anymore! 🙄

This is one of my favorite ways to still enjoy comfort food while actually supporting my body: 💪🥘
- [x] fiber
- [x] healthy fats
- [x] protein

It keeps me full, satisfied, and feeling healthy. 😊

This is exactly what I help women navigate through every day! Learning how to eat in a way that works with your body, instead of against it. 💪😊

If this sounds like you, message me I’d love to help you feel like yourself again ❤️

Today I was invited to speak at Career Day and teach students about my career as a nutritionist. 😊

Of course, I wanted to make it fun, so I did a Food Detective blindfold taste test with Oreos vs Trader Joe’s cookies. 🍪

The teamwork and guesses were so priceless! 😊

With 22 years of experience as a holistic nutritionist, I still love sharing what I do and teaching kids how food fuels their bodies. 💪

Have you ever done a blindfold taste test before with kids? 😁

Come into my kitchen today 💕

I used to be known as the smoothie queen in my “Shrink Your Body” program, and smoothie day was everyone’s favorite day!! Mine as well and still is! 😊

Today I’m making one of my favorites, a cherry avocado smoothie! I used Greek yogurt and cottage cheese for real food protein instead of protein powder, plus ground flax for hormone support and fiber in midlife.

Simple foods that support energy, blood sugar, and metabolism can make such a difference in how we feel as our bodies change 🤗

If you’re struggling with midlife metabolism or hormone changes, feel free to reach out, I’d love to help. I share simple midlife nutrition tips here 💗

Come into my kitchen today 🍳

One thing I’m really passionate about is helping women understand the changes that happen in midlife — because I’ve been through it too.

One thing I talk about with women all the time is protein.

As we get older, we naturally start losing muscle, and muscle plays an important role in supporting metabolism.

That’s why getting enough protein becomes so important.

Today I’m making scrambled eggs with veggies, a lentil protein blend, and cottage cheese — an easy way to boost protein in a simple breakfast.

Helping women navigate midlife body changes through nutrition is a big part of the work I do. If this sounds like you, feel free to reach out.

One of the things I hear from women all the time is:“I’m doing the same things I’ve always done… but my body is changing...

One of the things I hear from women all the time is:

“I’m doing the same things I’ve always done… but my body is changing.”

Midlife can bring real shifts in hormones and metabolism.

Helping women restore their energy, hormones, and metabolism is something I care deeply about.
