We offer Medical Massage Therapy Services to for TMJ/Intra-oral treatment, Sciatica, Rotator Cuff Injuries, frozen shoulder, Pre or Post/Op Maintenance and Scar therapy, Whiplash, Nerve Mobilization, Herniations/Bulging Discs and autoimmune therapy (ex. fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, scoliosis, headaches, etc.). We also offer Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Relaxation Massage. Our services will help decrease pain & increase range of motion
We help manage daily repetitive strain injuries from postural holding patterns with Myofascial Release, ART, Pin and Stretch techniques, Scar tissue therapy, Deep tissue targeting attachment sites to help the muscle release. As a holistic practice, we also offer Health & Nutrition Coaching. Health and wellness begins with an intelligent nutrition and exercise plan. Our coaches will help you develop and individualized health and nutrition plan that fits your personal lifestyle.
