They work long hours, often staying late and coming in on their time off to fit in extra patients. They are both caring and generous and take care of our families like our own. We are a busy Chiropractic office specializing in Maternal and Pediatric care. We are seeking a Healthcare Receptionist to join our family. This position is part-time, Monday Wednesday, and Friday. Schedule and Salary to be discussed with interested applicants. Employment is located at our Farmington office, but training will take place at our home office in Mansfield Center.

Responsibilities include:
• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and courteous manner
• Register new patients and verify their personal and insurance information
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in-person and over the phone
• Answer phone calls, taking messages as needed
• Collect and process patient payments, including insurance co-pays
• Maintain and update patient records and ensure all information is accurate and complete
• Assist patients with necessary paperwork and forms, ensuring they are properly completed and submitted • Provide patients with information about our services, office policies, and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings.

We are so very EXCITED!! After much too much time, we are finally reopening our Mansfield office next Tuesday, December 5th. Yes, you read that correctly, we are reopening our Mansfield location. I will be reaching out to everyone who had their appointments canceled to reschedule, but as we have been closed for almost 5 months this is going to take a little bit of time. I might miss people. Please don't hesitate to reach out. We look forward to seeing all of your beautiful faces again, we have missed you all dearly!

To all our bodyworker, acupuncture or therapist friends and colleagues, our office in Mansfield will have a room available for lease effective October 1, 2023. If you have been thinking about looking for some space for your practice, or know someone who is looking, please have them reach out to either Nikki or Jenn and we will happily share details. The room also would be well fitted for other situations and has a beautiful hard wood floor, lots of natural light and a fireplace (nonfunctional).

Mansfield Closed for Construction 7/24/23 through 8/20/2023:
We regret to inform you that our Mansfield Center office will be closed for construction starting Monday, July 24th, 2023. We anticipate reopening on Tuesday, August 21st, 2023. Our Farmington office will remain open for its regular hours during this time.
All patients who have appointments scheduled during this time will receive a phone call shortly to reschedule. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, as we will be on call during this time.
