Ontario Pointe Assisted Living Ontario Pointe is a 30 bed Assisted Living Community located in Ontario, Ohio! Ontario Pointe is a 30 bed Assisted Living facility located in Ontario, Ohio!

We are ODA certified and able to provide the basic Assisted Living services. All of our 30 facility beds are Medicaid Waiver approved. We are also an approved Memory Care facility and can accept these referrals depending on care level. We are currently accepting referrals for Private Pay and Medicaid Waiver.
