$18 an hr is the expected hourly wage since the DODD rate increases. How many agencies are still starting at $11-$14 an hour is beyond me!! Independent providers start approx $20 per hour. So anyone who wants help let me know lol

Hello all!! I need to add a post to get ahead of the rumor mill 😂

We have come to the difficult decision to not renew our agency certification.

Due to this, we are working with the Ashland and Richland county boards to secure other providers to assist our clients with services.
Thank you to the counties, SSAs, Megan and Katrina for helping with this transition.

Tom and myself will still be working with our clients with other services that we can provide with our Independent Provider certifications.

The relationships with family and clients we have built over the past 5+ years (actually total of 30+) will not be going away anytime soon.

I am very proud of the accomplishments we have made.
Increased independence, increased community involvement by seeking out what they would like to do, Improving their lives daily weekly and monthly.

With that said, I am HAPPY to be able to have more time with my ladies and guys!

I need more time with my son and family. He is growing up fast and I need to be able to enjoy this time more.

If there were more hours in the day I could do it all. But I cannot without being overloaded.

I LOVE working with my clients (aka family)!

I LOVE doing things with them that make them happy!!

I LOVE being a DSP!!

Speaking of DSPs!!! O

Our DSPs are amazing. We have been blessed not to only obtain these amazing people, but our retention has been amazing! Most these ppl have been with us from the beginning. The care they give our clients have shown over and over how much they love their jobs. They are NOT just warm bodies that come in for a check.

Sandra Nadene Tiffney Nancy Loretta Tracey Emma Shelly Sherry Joyce Alisha Angie Beau Olivia Stephanie ....You have made this agency as great as it is!! YOU are the backbone to this place.

I appreciate everything you have done for not only our clients but for me.

The friendship we created is so dear to me. I love you all!!
