After a 3 day state credentialing audit, I am so proud to report our agency had NO DEFICIENCIES!!!! This is so rare for a home health to have none. I am so proud of our staff and the care they deliver to our patients. Care of Excellence Home Health truly is excellent!!!! We are neighbors caring for neighbors and delivering the best of care.
