Desoto Healthcare Center, Inc. DHC is dedicated to removing barriers to healthcare for the residents of Desoto parish and surrounding areas.

DeSoto Healthcare Center is a non profit organization owned and governed by DeSoto parish residents for the purpose of providing comprehensive health care for the residents of DeSoto parish and surrounding areas regardless of their ability to pay. We address transportation barriers by provding medical housecalls for those who have difficulty traveling to a clinic. We alleviate financial barriers by providing a sliding fee scale for the uninsured. We minimize access barriers by providing medical housecalls before hours, after hours and on the weekends when other medical offices are closed
