DRHS provides a wide ranges of services and strives to create a comfortable, hometown environment while emphasizing compassionate, personal care. The DeSoto Regional Medical Staff includes 4 active-staff physicians, 3 employed nurse practitioners, 1 employed physician’s assistant, 117 courtesy physicians, 20 courtesy allied health professionals, and over 216 employees. Our areas of service include: Cardiology, Diagnostic Radiology, ENT, Emergency Medicine, Fitness/Wellness, Gastroenterology, Primary Care, General Surgery, Hematology/Oncology, Nephrology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Therapy Services, Podiatry, and Urology

THANK YOU EXPAND ENERGY!

MANSFIELD, LA, August 18, 2025 – Expand Energy Corporation will distribute $300,000 that was raised during the inaugural Expand Energy Charity Golf Classic, held at Stonebridge Golf Course in Bossier City. The Charity Golf Classic drew 288 participants, including energy companies and community partners, all uniting for a day of connection and philanthropy. Proceeds from the event will directly benefit DeSoto Regional Health System and Oilfield Helping Hands.
Nonprofit Beneficiaries:
• DeSoto Regional Health System: a $200,000 donation will bolster the hospital’s ongoing construction project, enhancing healthcare facilities and services for DeSoto Parish residents. The project aims to improve patient care through expanded infrastructure and advanced medical equipment.
• Oilfield Helping Hands: a $100,000 donation will provide financial relief to oilfield workers and their families facing medical or economic hardships, reinforcing support for Louisiana’s energy workforce.

ATTENTION - NEW DESOTO REGIONAL HOSPITAL ACCESS POINT

Starting August 19 at 4:30, the 24 Hour/Day access point for all hospital patients and visitors will be on the corner of Gibbs and Jefferson Streets (parking lot across from Mansfield Drug). Please do not block the ambulance driveway! The other entrances on Jefferson Street will continue to be open during normal business hours, Monday-Friday. Thank you for your cooperation as we build DeSoto’s health care system for the next 50 years.
