ISPROC, ltd is a minimally invasive and comprehensive Spine & Pain Center. We offer a full spectrum of Spine and Pain Management options including epidural steroids, facet blocks, radiofrequency, implantable stimulators, implantable pain pumps, vertebroplasty, and khyphoplasty. Dr Stretanski is Board Certified specifically in Interventional Pain Management, not just pain management. He is one of only about 400 Americans who have taken and passed all 8 parts of this exam. This is in addition to Board Certification in Pain Medicine, EMG, Rehabilitation Medicine, American Board of Disability Evaluating Physicians, and an FAA-Senior Aviation Medical Examiner and HIMS-AME. We often get salvage cases from clinics that have either closed, been shut-down or move every few months. We start from the beginning, review imaging studies, UDS, You will have a thorough, neurologic and musculoskeletal orthopedic exam, and a specific plan-of-care will be designed you will probably have an EMG to follow. You may need PT, OT, neurosurgical or orthopedic surgical care to follow. When and if it becomes clear there is no clear-cut surgical solution we will discuss implantable technologies. This is our main office. we are here Mon, Tues, Thur and Fri. We are Columbus office rotating weds and some evenings. NOTICE: Dr. Mike does manage some patients for long-term controlled-substance medication use as part of the comprehensive plan-of-care. If you are looking for “narcotics”, or trying to just get pain pills, then - please do not try and make an appointment - Dr Mike will try and do everything in his power to help and assist you and you will be offered state-of-the art options, including but not limited to interventional treatments and we do help people with chemical dependency and addiction issues but if you are expecting to walk in and just be on “narcotics” you will be disappointed. Warning to Drug-Traffickers: Don’t even think of it. 100% of our patients undergo supervised urine drug screening and OARS report comparison. We notify 100% of prescribers and follow Mandatory Reporter Guidelines with Children’s Services and Ohio State Highway Patrol. You have no HIPPA protection when a crime has been/is being committed or there is any perception of a threat to society. We do not respond to threats, intimidation, bargaining or attempts to pay cash. We have more than adequate security surrounding our equipment, medication, script pads, staff and our premise is A-V recorded and monitored 24/7.

We are alive and well and seeing patients. Patients are being screened in their vehicle prior to being brought into the office for fever and other symptoms. Only patients absolutely needing more advanced treatment and evaluation are brought inside. We are currently not able to test patients for COVID-19 and do not plan to do so being that we are Spine & Pain Center. Questions regarding Covid are directed towards your P*P and/or coronavirus.ohio.gov
