We had such a wonderful turnout — 16 guests joined us for a delightful afternoon of sharing, learning, and getting creative! Everyone enjoyed infusing their own sweet and savory butters and received a beautiful butter board of their own.

It was a joy seeing smiles, laughter, and creativity flow throughout the event. Thank you to everyone who came and made “A Nice Spread” such a success! 💛

Mr. Henry was provided with an activity to help reflect back on his life, a jack of all trades if you will. Mr. Henry has built houses and churches and was the #14 Employee at General Motors, where he built cars and laid the foundation for their company in Arlington, TX!

These types of activities are meaningful and familiar tasks that help residents feel valued, safe, and connected to their past, which supports their quality of life in the present. 😊
