Thinking of lip filler? PA, Mimi Phan shares the number one rule to consider BEFORE getting lip injections:

DO NOT even think about asking for lip injection without considering the lip to chin proportion. 🫥

Lips and chin balancing is the fundamental to achieving facial harmony.

The chin area is a MUST treat area, however often overlooked when lip filler is desired. Beautiful lips can not be appreciated without a well balanced and strong chin to go with it. 👄

Although I am a strong advocate for full face balancing, this was a young patient in her early 20s, therefore, less is more in this case. If she was in her 40s, I may have advised her to consider treating her full face for a more harmonized look. Youthfulness is already a beauty trait of its’ own. Injectable treatments may have much longer lasting affects than one may think.
