🚨 SAFE ROADS INITIATIVE 🚨
During a recent highway enforcement detail, a Traffic Unit officer stopped a vehicle traveling 102 MPH.

Our Traffic Unit will be conducting proactive enforcement:
• Wednesday, January 21 on Green Oaks Blvd.
• Wednesday night, January 21 on I-20
• Saturday, January 24 on I-30 and SH 360, with increased emphasis on DWI enforcement

We share these updates to educate, raise awareness, and prevent tragedies caused by speeding, reckless driving, impaired driving, and other fatal crash factors.

For those who ask, “Why announce enforcement locations?”
Because visibility saves lives.

People making reckless choices aren’t checking social media first—but responsible drivers and community members do. And sometimes, a reminder is all it takes to slow down, choose a sober ride, or make it home safely.
