We will do our best to professionally document all services that are rendered and to bill for those services in a prompt and accurate manner. All of our decisions and treatment recommendations will be made for the benefit of the patient's long term health. We will listen carefully to the comments and suggestions of our patients and will treat each person without regard to race, creed or color.
