Going on the journey of has not been just an emotional, mental and spiritual experience. The physical has been a part of it for sure.

Began this journey in May thanks to my blessed sis who gifted me with the best gift ever, I became hooked! Being a part of the has literally been a blessing to my mind, body and soul!

This is when this client's mind was playing a trick on her...we restrategized and the rest is history. The devil continue to lose in this quitting business as far as I'm concerned.

You never know what you can do until you actually do it! Fear, uncertainty, self doubt, intimidation, are some of the things that hinder us from getting to where we need to get to.

Lots of us need an outlet, we need a safe space, we need somewhere we can share our struggles, failures, anxiety and much more...this is why I created Stayfit Virtual Camp. A place where a woman, mother, girl like me can express myself without being judged. A place where I can feel empowered. A place where I can be myself without shame. The positive energy from the people in this group empowers me and inspires me to be a better version of myself.

On this last week of our August Camp, I am giving a shout of to all the strong warriors that are crushing limitations in this group daily. YOU INSPIRE ME👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾. YOU ROCK!!!

I am also giving another shout out to those that are going to take the plunge and join our October Camp. Forget who is watching. If you have been doing it all alone, now it's time to come and join us. Let's do it together. We are waiting for you to come and experience what knitted family in health is like. Wig was made about 2-3 years ago by . She also colored it from black to this beautiful color.

This is an example of putting things into perspective. A lot of times we always say that, what we don’t know will not kill us. I can tell you that the food that you don’t know it’s caloric content is what’s making you gain excessive weight. You need to know so that you are better off making the right choices.

I order these three things from Chick-fil-A this morning. Like most people, the first thing I devoured was the large fries, then my favorite sweet tea. My allowable calories for my activity level is over 1500 calories daily. I am going to a wedding this evening which means I will eat and be merry😁😁.

I could have banked my calories for the wedding but greed and long throat would not let me be great🙄.

Anyways I ordered these 3 meals. I have eaten my fries, drank my sweet tea, guilt would not let me eat the cool wrap 😂😂😂 even though I didn’t get the dressing because it would have made the whole coolwrap 750 calories. I could have just ordered the cool wrap but nope, fries taste better. I could have ordered unsweetened tea, that thing is disgusting😄.

Anyways, what I am trying to say is that when you know the nutrition facts in a food, it helps you to know when to cut back or caution yourself. The old Me would have gotten large sweet tea, coolwrap with ranch and large fries with ketchup then still have my regular food. Don’t fall into the trap of what I don’t know will not kill me. It may not kill you but it will add layers of fat to every area of your curves. Be mindful. God has given you eyes to see, don’t blindfold yourself while eating. Utilize those eyes to the glory of God😄 ✌️.

We are about to close this registration, so if you are thinking about it jump in now 🤪. I don’t want crowd but people that are willing to commit.

What is virtual camp: StayFit Virtual camp is like having a personal trainer or group fitness instructor train you virtually. We use zoom with all videos on. You will be able to get trained from the comfort of your home 3 days a week. The workout is for all fitness level. You start from your level and work your way up.

What it includes:

Before the camp starts, you get a one on one 20minutes consultation video call from your coach to discuss your history, struggles, food triggers, sleep pattern etc and how the coach can better help you. After the call, the coach would send you your Nutrition plan option to ask you in your goal.

Zoom workout 3 days a week either AM or PM. You also have the option of shuffling between the two. Exercises are for all fitness level.

During the six weeks, we are all in a WhatsApp group, share meal options, share our struggles, ideas etc. You are required to check in your daily meals for accountability, plan your meals and walk or do any form of exercise during the non Bootcamp days(days not trained by trainer). We are encouraged not to cut out what we normally eat, we eat all food groups as long as they in our assigned Nutrition plan.

Coach is available everyday for calls or advise or guide.

Camp is 6 weeks long. For this session, you have the option of Nutrition coaching only or Nutrition with virtual Bootcamp. Either option would yield results that you want but you have to work for it. I can guarantee you that if you put in the effort, you will keep on coming back.

His Royal HOTNESS . A lot of times we use the excuse of our profession to justify bad habit. This lady here makes the best cake and she is one of my most dedicated client. Your side hustle is not an excuse to indulge in bad habits. She set the goal, trust and followed the process to a T and she is winning. Over here we eat to live. We are on a mission to say “NO” to yo-yo diets, chronic caloric deficit, hating one more food than the other.

I smile when people say “just eat healthy.” There is nothing like that please. While some food are more calorie densed than the other, food is food. Or when people say, I haven’t had rice, sugar, or carbs for a week🙄🙄🙄. We cannot be friends lol. We can change that mindset for you. Anyone that tells you to stop eating what you love, run away from them 😁😁😁.

Don’t ever think skinny people are healthy…nope…if you want to gain weight, come and talk to me. I can also show you how to gain weight👊🏾💪🏾.

Come and let me teach you how to eat and how to look your best. You don’t know what you can do until you give it a try. I can boldly and proudly say that Great things is happening over here💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾.

Some are also afraid of the exercise part, trust me when I say that you can do anything. I will say it again, YOU CAN DO ANYTHING. Never let anyone or anything stop you. All I ask is that you TRY💪🏾💪🏾.

One question I get often is “how long does it take?” You cannot and shouldn’t put a deadline to a lifestyle change. To get to your goal weight may depend on how much effort you put into it. Once you get to your goal weight, you either gain it back or you keep it off…this is where it is important to see this as a lifestyle change and nothing else. It amazes me when people lose 5-10pounds and completely stop doing what gave them those results. Guess what, they would gain the weight back and back to where they started from.

I have turned down money from people that want me to give them a quick fix results…no can’t do. I am not a miracle worker…Only Jesus is a miracle worker. Please don’t be fooled by the dramatic progress results that people post online. One thing they didn’t tell you is how much time it took to get to the final goal. It takes weeks, months and some take years with consistency. Don’t get me wrong you would fail but you have got to pick it back up and keep going.

Mommies/daddies with newborn or young children even old children, please listen to me…you do not have to look like you are still pregnant. Gone are the days where having children are used as excuse for weight gain. Yes, it will take time, but you have got to get your body back….IF YOU WANT. Also, aunties and uncles, please stop using age as an excuse or menopause, you can make a lifestyle change…not saying it won’t be difficult, but lifestyle change can yield some results. Being old is in the mind and even people in their 70s are crushing their lifestyle goals. Age is no longer an excuse.
