I think that it’s important to take a scheduled break if your workday allows it to stretch and relax. please make time for yourself after work . Even for 15 minutes. Simple things such as Heat packs ,ice packs pain ,relieving liniments,putting your feet up are all things you can do for yourself that could make a huge difference in how you feel.
