Dr. Mistikawi and his entire staff are absolutely SUPERB! The care they take to ensure patient comfort is incredible! I have had a LOT of dental work done over the last 15 years from 5 root canals and crowns to many general hygiene appointments. I have never had anything but fantastic results with every visit. Dr. Mistikawi and his staff are all Masters of their Crafts!!!

Long time no see - by Chris M.

Like everyone else Covid upset all of my healthcare schedules. Unfortunately I let my dental upkeep fall embarrassingly far behind. Great Woods Dentistry had regularly sent invites to get back on schedule and when I finally responded they seemed genuinely happy to hear from me and arranged an appointment within days of my call back. After updated X-rays, a much needed cleaning and consulting with Dr. W. I left feeling great about my oral hygiene go forward plan and was glad to back in the hands of such a professional team of dental health care providers. Many thanks to the whole staff for a welcome return and great service. Kudos to you all!

Great experience and the best dental work - by Laura E.

I have been going to Dr. Mistikawi at Great Woods Family Dentistry for 25+ years. His dental work is top notch. Yesterday I had my hygiene appointment and received a good cleaning and an A+ report card. The doctor has put a lot of care into making sure my smile is as good as when I was younger. :)

I have been a patient here for a few years. I have to say prior to going here I would bounce around dentists as I couldn’t seem to find one that I liked or would actually listen to me as a patient. When I started going to great Woods family cosmetic dentistry right away after my first visit I felt this was the place and now years later I have told all my friends and family members that this is the place I would recommend. Thank you for my smile and all you have done for my family and many others.

I unfortunately am no stranger to dentists... - by Karen R.

I unfortunately am no stranger to dentists, have probably been to at least 20 throughout my life for various procedures. This is embarrassing but have had more root canals than I can count, bridges, implants, crowns, and fillings. I have had so many issues with these procedures and spent more money than I want to admit. With this being said, I have needed 5 crowns done on my front teeth for the past 2 yrs but have been too afraid to get them done for fear they would look fake and change my whole smile. I saw 3 dentists about this and was not ready to have the work done until I came to Great Woods. Dr. Mistikawi’s explanations, prep work and perfectionism of detail made me feel comfortable enough to go through with the procedure. My 5, new, front teeth look absolutely amazing! I am so happy I finally did this, and will likely never go to another dentist again.

The hygienist was very upbeat and friendly and did a wonderful job. Was also very informative. I’ve been going to this dentist for a number of years and have always received the best of care, no matter what the procedure.

In 60 years of my experience with dentist cleaning appointments, I have never been so happy. I am very nervous going to the dentist as it is. He was new to me so I got more nervous. He assured me not to worry that he would be sure I was kept comfortable. It was amazing experience. Five stars to him.

Water cleaning - by Anne S.

I really liked the new way of cleaning my teeth with the pressured water. It worked great. Terrence is a hoot! I really like him! He is a total asset to the group. My teeth feel great. He also explained in detail gum information that I thought I understood before. I did not. It is just as important to care for your gums, as it is for your teeth. I look forward to my next cleaning to see if what he shared has helped my gums improve. I love all the staff at Greatwoods! They are an excellent medical group , Now I guess they have added one more. Going to the dentist is never unpleasant for me like it used to be before I came here. You guys are the best! See you next time!
