Today was such a big day for us. We held our first Annual Strategic Retreat for our directors at THP. These leaders have taken so much off my plate and I'm thrilled to have them on my team. After a full 9am to 6pm day we came up with 1 word to describe how we felt and you can see the momentum we created today. Go. Direction. Busy.

We are ready for 2026 in ways I've never been able to do alone. We are one unit working towards a mission to support your family. I can't wait to see how all this plays out for the first full quarter of 2026 with brilliant leaders like these.
